GTRF serves as a core service provider for Commercial (CMB) and Global Banking & Markets (GBM) clients.
We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Client Service Manager.
The GTRF Client Service Manager is a client-facing role and will deliver globally connected, excellent and market leading service to clients, Premium or Gold, in line with GTRF CS global segmentation model. This role is responsible for managing, owning and handling the transactional needs of assigned clients.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a large portfolio of BB & MME clients
- Delivers UK’s GTRF CS strategy and operating model, aligned with the global GTRF CS target operating model
- Handle, own and resolve clients’ transactional queries, issues and complaints;
- Coordinate with Transaction Services staff, BDMs, RMs and other internal/ external staff for service performance and issues;
- Provide transactional trade advisory to assigned clients, Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Relationship Managers (RMs), and provide input to account planning
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Experience within a Client Service role
- Knowledge and experience in GTRF products, specifically Guarantees
- High commitment to service excellence and client relationship management
- Strong stakeholder relationship and management
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills
This base location for this role can either be Leicester, Manchester, Birmingham or London. This role is Hybrid working with 1 day per week in the office.
