Client Service Manager

BT have moved to a hybrid working model - you can work from home 2 days per week. This means you’ll be at your contractual location 3 days a week.
Plan and execute service management strategy for a range of private/public sector clients. You’ll be delivering contracted services with the help of virtual teams, building relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience by leveraging BT products & services.
- Support on client solutions & operations to ensure an effective end-to-end service relationship
- Support service delivery activity against agreed time, quality & cost objectives
- Coordinating a virtual service team
- Execute plans for incident resolution & resolving customer complaints
- Identify trends to understand customer pain points
- Help implement improved ways of working within service management
- Knowledge of service management methods
- You can demonstrate delivering service performance, driving change & growth
- You can build & manage key relationships with customers and internal operational teams
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders across different channels
- Complaint handling & issue resolution
- Able to monitor/analyse data and manage operating costs
