We are currently recruiting for a Client Service Manager based in Yateley / Chertsey with Home Working. This is a permanent position with Blue Square, supporting and working closely with our client Samsung, offering a salary between £40,000 - £42,8000 per annum with a great bonus.

The Role
As a Client Services Manager, it is your role to understand your clients and their needs, inside and out. You will be responsible for monitoring and progressing client initiatives, activity, requests, and end to end service management across your portfolio within Samsungs Mobile Experience Services and CE (Consumer Electronics) Training sector.
Your new role will focus on Samsungs External Partner Service Centres, leading them to success through best in class service. You will also support our Consumer Electronics Trainers that provide vital training to our Early Life Support Specialists.
You will ensure that effective and efficient services are delivered to contractual SLAs and our solutions are fit for service, creating growth opportunities where possible and driving service improvement plans. You will be the expert in spinning multiple plates and pushing the boundaries, always delivering exceptional results.
