In this role as Client Service Executive within Wealth Management, you will be responsible for supporting the Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Managers in the day-to-day servicing of clients as well as handling general enquiries from clients and assisting RMs to ensure clients’ needs are met, across booking centres.
You will be processing transactions, account management and providing all round operational support.

Your key responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of client meeting documentation. This can include new pitches, presentations, and bespoke reporting for clients
- Contributing to the growth of the business in cooperation with the RM in prospect & pipeline management
- Managing the start to finish process of opening accounts. Ensuring that the correct documentation has been obtained from Clients and RM in line with associated Know Your Client (KYC) requirements. Liaising with relevant department to ensure the effective completion of account openings in a timely manner
- Working closely with RMs in the provision and maintenance of periodic client reviews in line with KYC policies and procedures
- Managing the initial booking/drawdown of both new Credit Facilities and Deposits and subsequent loan roll-overs. Liaising with clients and with the relevant members of staff to ensure the Credit Reviews and Loan Covenants are met in a timely and professional manner
- Processing and following-up to completion of all client payment instructions in a professional and timely manner
Your skills and experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive approach
- Eager to help improve our processes, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience
- Relevant industry experience in client services/private banking support role within Private Client Wealth Management
- Proficient in Excel
