Customer Service Advisor - Working from home: Monday to Friday
Due to our continued business success, we are looking to strengthen our team of Customer Service Advisors for our leading injury legal services company specializing in assisting injured members of the public
Key Responsibilities: You will handle inbound calls and emails, in a fast-paced contact Centre environment. Your role will be to respond to queries regarding our services and provide written translations in your chosen language with advice and general customer service duties.
You should be prepared to handle the clients in an empathetic manner whenever necessary and to ensure that the customer is fully satisfied at all times. you will also translate and help post online for our website and related sites.
Ability to speak any second Language Fluently is an advantage
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 5 - 15 per week
Salary: £10.00 per hour
