What you’ll do
Working alongside other dedicated sales professionals to support & manage the relationship with Vodafone’s Enterprise customers. Ensuring retention of the base products/services we provide, plus finding new business opportunities within the account through effective and proactive relationship management. Becoming a trusted partner to your customer, understanding their business needs and objectives to best place Vodafone’s products and services.
- Provide a high quality of service and ensure your work is completed accurately whilst delivering a great customer service

- Working strategically with senior stakeholders within the customers, whilst working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the customers’ needs are met.
- Align with acquisition team to build/grow on the existing portfolio.
Who you are
To be successful in the role, you’ll need to have experience in account managing business customers.- You’ll need to have Senior level stakeholder management skills, to really build the right relationships within the organisation.
- A track record of selling technology/telco solutions (mobility / fixed / connectivity / cloud / hosting / UC / IOT).
- Understanding that the quality and timeliness of the work you produce will reflect on the effectiveness of the team
- Candidates must have a driving license so they can visit customers on site.
