Marketing and Client Support Executive – Eljays44 Media

Eljays44 has exciting plans to further grow and raise the profile of this important sector. This includes development of its established market leading products and new launches over the next twelve months.
Job Overview:
As the Marketing and Client Support Executive within Eljays44 media division you will have two key areas of responsibility:
1. Development and delivery of marketing plans and campaigns for the media division brands - Pro Landscaper & Pro Arb and their portfolio which alongside the publications will include six awards and two conferences
2. Supporting and delivering client (digital and print) campaigns
KPIs
- Ensuring all activities is delivered within the agreed timeframe
- Meeting and exceeding engagement targets set for marketing campaigns – opens, click throughs, social views and leads generated
- Delivery of audience (entries and delegates) targets set around our awards and conferences
- Achieving positive client feedback/satisfaction
- Meeting targets set for audience growth goals
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Marketing planning and delivery: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate awareness and engagement for the media division brands
- Copy writing: create compelling marketing content for the divisions promotional materials and campaigns
- Digital Marketing: Implement online marketing campaigns using various digital channels, including email marketing, social media platforms, search engine optimisation (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Social Media Management: Support our social media presence across relevant platforms, to help create a buzz around the media brands and its’ events using organic and paid strategies.
- Partnership Development: Identify and engage with industry associations, and potential media partners that will increase visibility and engagement to our target audiences.
- Audience acquisition and engagement: Develop targeted campaigns for the media division that grow and deliver relevant digital audiences, awards entrants, commercial partners and delegates
Client Support
- Campaign delivery: working with the commercial team to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of client campaigns. This includes managing the post booking processes and liaising directly with clients and other internal teams o Digital and print (?)
▪ This includes e-shots and all website inventory o Awards and conferences o Research e.g. Connect, barometer and other audience intelligence
- Management of the email/newsletter calendar and delivery of all campaigns: this includes Eljays44 and client activity
Data & Reporting
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor marketing performance (Eljays44 and client activity), track key metrics, and generate reports to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, client campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
