Working Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday
Due to company expansion, our facilities management client are looking for an experienced Business Development manager to join their team to drive strategic commercial growth within their property services.
Main Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager
- Working closely with the operations and business partner to develop and execute a devised commercial sales plan to enhance growth across the business.
- BE KPI Driven, in finding and qualifying prospect business leads.
- Identify business growth opportunities through different activites such as networking events, field-based sales and building client relationships.
- Attend and complete all sales tenders and prospect client meetings
- Support the customer service team with building currently account relationships.
Experience and Skills required
- Proven commercial sales experience in a previous business development role
- Experience of business-to-business sales experience within the public / private sector is preferred
- Experience in preparing proposals / formal bids and tenders is essential
- Strong commercial business acumen.
- KPI driven
