The Caroola Group are looking to recruit a field-based Client Relationship Manager to support our clients within the South.

As a Client Relationship Manager your role is to generate profitable, long-term business through our client base of recruitment agencies and end clients. Constantly striving to increase the revenue through our various service offerings including Umbrella and Accountancy services. You’ll be responsible for winning, maintaining and growing the revenue of the accounts that are in your individual portfolio whilst working with and supporting the wider sales team and business. You will develop senior level relationships within these accounts as well as conduct face to face and video call meetings with consultants and managers to grow the referring consultants' base. The measures for success in this role are primarily around existing and new account growth.
Responsibilities:
- You will be accountable for implementing a general strategy across all managed accounts.
- You will be responsible for driving sales activity within the pre-defined list of allocated accounts.
- You will work with internal teams to service and grow your agencies/clients, operating from consultant to senior level.
- You will be actively seeking out new business opportunities and developing those sourced by the sales team
- You will be required to demonstrate, through periodic survey results, your ability to provide market leading support.
- You will conduct field-based activities to sustain and grow accounts, including working outside of office hours, when required, to organise and attend networking events.
- The KPIs for this role will set against activity levels including that of face to face meetings, video calls, telephone and email activity
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous experience in an account management and business development role, ideally field based.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management, to ensure that all duties are executed in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute account plans.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to negotiate with our agency partners.
- Experience of presenting at different levels (including senior) to customers.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude.
