Full Time Birmingham, England 21000 - 24000 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

Hey! We’re This is Unicorn, an Amazon Agency dedicated to helping established brands dominate on Amazon.

We’re Amazon specialists. We know the Amazon platform inside out and craft custom growth strategies that get brands where they want to be. Our clients sell mainly across the UK, EU & US marketplaces as well as Mexico, Canada, Australia & Japan.

The main services we offer are:

  • Brand Strategy: we craft custom brand strategies that are tailored to brands and their goals, whether on Vendor, Seller or a hybrid model
  • Analysis & Forecasting: we unlock insights & opportunities for brands to keep them ahead of the competition
  • Advanced Reporting: we create custom KPI dashboards & visualisations to showcase performance at a glance
  • Amazon Advertising & DSP: we create advertising strategies that deliver high-impact results, building performance across the full customer journey
  • Ops Management: functioning as an extension of a brand’s in-house team, we know how to navigate the Amazon ecosystem to implement your strategy successfully
  • Brand Content: Connect with a brand’s customers & tell the brand story, optimised for the Amazon A9 algorithm.

We’re results-oriented and detail-focused. And we’re obsessed with Amazon.

We’re currently a team of 15 from a range of international backgrounds & cultures and expanding rapidly. Now we’re looking for an energetic person to join our Client Services team.

What you'll be doing...

You’ll join our awesome Client Services team and will report directly to our Head of Client Services.

You’ll kick things off with training on the Unicorn way as well as Amazon basics, which will give you a great understanding of how things work here as well as a solid base to grow into the role. This’ll come in handy when you’re crafting solutions for our clients.

Once you’re trained you’ll be ready to support your colleagues, as well as manage some of our clients' projects too! You’ll be the client’s main point of contact and their best friend here at Unicorn. You’ll work with the client and the delivery teams to set expectations & deadlines, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

We like to give a lot of autonomy at This is Unicorn, so you’ll often find yourself figuring things out for the first time. Amazon is complex - sometimes you might feel like you’re cracking a code. You’ll be expected to take the initiative but also to do things the Unicorn way.

We’re obsessed with delivering a consistently excellent experience for our clients. To do that, we design processes that also make our work easier. We automate or outsource repetitive tasks so that the core team can focus on creative work.

We take training and personal development seriously. You’ll have regular training and feedback sessions with your manager. This will help you learn quickly and let you know how you’re doing at every step of the way.

You’ll have the help & support from the whole Unicorn team - we’re a fast-growing startup team, so you’ll get stuck into learning all areas of the business.

This is for you if:

  • You have a genuine interest and passion for Client Services and love helping clients crack codes on Amazon
  • You’re analytical, a logical thinker who loves a good spreadsheet
  • You are data-driven, and process-driven and love the challenge of problem-solving
  • You know how to listen and understand client's needs, have strong empathy for the client’s business and can communicate suggestions or recommendations clearly
  • You can effectively manage multiple projects at the same time (we use Asana for project management)
  • You’re fluent in English and have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You’re a team player who’s positive, enthusiastic & fun to be around
  • You have an obsessive desire to learn. You actively seek knowledge from books, courses, blogs, podcasts & mentors to get better at your role

A few requirements:

  • Age, background, race, gender, and sexuality are not important - we’re interested in the following qualities: curious, humility, analytical & driven.
  • Location: We’d prefer if you were based in Birmingham, UK
  • Fluency in English - we work & communicate with our clients in English.
  • Ready to start ASAP

What's in it for you?

  • This is a paid entry-level position that will transition into a long-term role within our Client Services team. We want someone who is committed & motivated to deliver results, and we also want that person to be compensated fairly.
  • An awesome remote work package, which includes a home office expenses allowance and a Macbook Air, with an external screen, mouse and keyboard so you have everything you need to work from home effectively
  • You’ll join the Unicorn team at a time of exciting growth & expansion. You’ll have the ability to take on more responsibility quickly
  • Ultimately, you will grow incredibly fast, both personally & professionally. And we’ll be growing with you!

If this all sounds like you, let’s talk! Click to apply & we’ll be in touch. We’ll follow up with everyone who applies to us.
