About The Role As a Client Logistics Partner at Reachdesk, you are a vital link between our company and our most valuable asset: our customers. Your primary mission revolves around our logistics capabilities, as you help spearhead our clients' success in utilising our gifting platform efficiently, with a keen focus on the logistics domain. By ideating comprehensive strategies and serving as a trusted advisor to top-notch B2B companies worldwide, you deliver unparalleled results and service. Simultaneously, you enable the Reachdesk organisation to gift better, smarter, and more effective by developing tools to improve our teams’ logistics knowledge and capabilities. In this critical role, you play an integral part in enhancing our clients' experience with gift shipping and improving our team’s knowledge on the logistical nuances of global gifting. Your expertise in logistics best practices ensures that our clients achieve optimal results while utilising our platform and that our commercial teams can better support them in their gifting goals. Your guidance empowers them to navigate the intricacies of logistics seamlessly, elevating their gifting strategies to new heights. What you’ll be doing Be the face of Reachdesk’s logistical capabilities, building strong relationships with clients and prospects, while serving as their logistics strategic advisor. Enable Reachdesk’s customer facing teams (i.e. customer success, sales, support, etc.) to more effectively serve our customers’s global shipping needs. You will be the bridge between our supply chain team and the rest of our organisation by streamlining internal logistics training, education, and documentation. Act as the voice of our customers, collecting key data on customer pain points, helping drive changes in our supply chain and product roadmaps. Empower clients and internal teams to navigate logistics intricacies effortlessly, making their gift shipping strategies more effective. Ideate and execute comprehensive logistics strategies, tailoring them to our clients' unique requirements. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer key stakeholders to fully understand your customer's business strategy and measurements for success. Serve as logistics customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams including customer success, professional services, product management, sales, and engineering. Ensure clients achieve outstanding outcomes while using our gifting platform through your expert guidance. About you ‍ A minimum of 2 years experience in a client success, account management, or logistics role within the tech industry, with a focus on B2B clients Logistics. Strong knowledge of global direct to consumer logistics. Experience with cross-border logistics preferred. Process oriented self-starter who can build process where there is none. Strong empathy for customers and a passion for ensuring their success and satisfaction. Exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple client relationships, setting priorities, staying organised and documenting processes Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms is a definite plus as with with logistics technology. Strong knowledge of logistics operations, international shipping processes, and supply chain management. Knowledge in about global carriers and working with customs clearance is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and work effectively with internal teams. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of excelling both independently and collaboratively. Possesses a solution-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
