DESCRIPTION
The Client Financing Sales desk based in London is seeking an Analyst or Associate to help with our growing client-facing repo business. The individual will work with senior salespeople covering a broad array of investor types to contribute toward daily workings of the business while also spearheading longer term projects to help advance the business, pursue new revenue opportunities and streamline current operational tasks. Products covered by the desk include government bonds, interest rate and credit derivatives, vanilla and exotic options and inflation-linked products.

What will you be doing?
- Backing up senior sales in client coverage via trade execution, sending market color, and fielding ad-hoc client requests for our cross-asset financing platform.
- Once established at the Firm, covering clients as primary client coverage.
- Liaising with research analysts, traders, and other internal partners to deliver MS resources and bespoke content to the team and the client base.
- Identifying areas of business and operational inefficiency and proactively implementing improvements. #LI-SD1
QUALIFICATIONS
What we’re looking for:
- Proven ability to multitask and work with different clients across different products and situations in a fast-paced work environment.
- Highly team oriented, commercially driven and overall eagerness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills, easily able to navigate and simplify complex processes .
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong quantitative skills including proficiency in Bloomberg and Microsoft Excel, Programming and Coding knowledge also an added benefit.
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit
