Client Experience Assistant

About You
Ability to thrive under pressure and work with efficiency and pace to successfully manage all customer expectations. Remaining calm and composed, you may deal with challenging situations confidently and in a professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary. You must be a fast learner, as you will need to quickly develop a full understanding of Private Shopping and be able to communicate this to a client when asked.
You will be a team-player, and will support the Harrods Concierge team within any requests. You will work as part of a team by sharing knowledge and demonstrating flexibility with regard to hours and days of work. Additionally, you will support Private Shopping outside trading hours when necessary, by attending functions and events to promote the By Appointment service. It is key that you have the ability to maintain strong relationship and work closely with Personal Shopper and Private Client Managers.
