Your role and responsibilities:
We are looking for Client Care Associate and Animal Handler to join our team. The role involves answering the telephone, arranging appointments over the phone and in person and keeping accurate records. Welcoming clients and pets into the clinic. Being efficient, pleasant, and courteous to clients at all times. Ensuring a smooth client and pet flow from the waiting room to payment processing. Cleaning the consultation rooms and the waiting areas.
Working at this clinic the CCA will be involved in assisting the veterinary surgeon with handling and restraining animals in the consultations. There will also be involvement in supporting clients at the time of their pets euthanasia and looking after the pets bodies after euthanasia and sending them for individual or communal cremation.
This role is 32 hour week with a Saturday morning rota requirement of 1 in 4 weeks.
