Job description
After recent significant contract wins HOPS Labour Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to join our team within the Agricultural and Horticultural recruitment industry. This is a key role covering Scotland (predominantly East Scotland, based from home or in a shared office in Arbroath, with further travel throughout Scotland and occasionaly trips across the UK when required. Overseas travel is a possibility in the future to source countries.
The role will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our services to multiple client farmers and growers in tScotland
- Liaising with client employers to ensure their labour requirements are planned and delivered
- Working in partnership with client employers to deliver a high level of worker experience
- Undertake planned site visits to assess employer suitability
- Undertake and support farm audits, worker surveys and interviews
- Conducting welfare checks with workers
- Contributing to the achievement of high client, employer and worker, service levels
- Ensuring order admin on softwares is kept up to date and accurate
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication skills English – verbal and written
- Russian Language or Romanian language would be desirable
- Full driving license + to car
- Experience of managing client relationships
- An entrepreneurial and growth mindset
- Experience and knowledge of seasonal labour in the Agriculture and Horticulture industries – desirable
- Experience of recruitment – desirable
