Your role
You’ll:
- support Client Advisors
- be the point of entry for processing client orders
- make sure that administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed
- carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting
- keep in contact with internal and external clients
- monitor risk reports, flag relevant issues to the team, find solutions and escalate if necessary
- collaborate closely with client advisors, assistants, desk heads, and all other internal departments to aid client service or create efficiency

Your expertise
- knowledge of banking operations
- some experience of dealing with private clients and supporting client advisors / relationship managers would be useful
- good written and verbal communication skills
- great computer skills and the willingness to learn
- a strong team player who takes the initiative
- able to work under pressure (you secretly love deadlines)
- disciplined, with a focus on detail and good knowledge of Microsoft product
- organized and able to run small projects, and get tasks done on time
