Your role
We are looking for someone who can:
- support Client Advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- be point of entry for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
- make sure that administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed and assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
- carry out daily transaction and complex troubleshooting
- keep in contact with internal and external clients

Your expertise
- financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team
- unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
- team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
- works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
- Ideally you would be MiFid competent
