We are searching for a revenue focussed, communicative candidate who is proactive and passionate about sales through solving problems and consultative selling.
As a Client Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for your clients. You will build strong, long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with your contacts, always striving to find the solutions which best fit the individual needs of the client. You will also identify and qualify new leads every week with the objective growing your contacts and winning new business.
To succeed in this position, you should have exceptional communication, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organised with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- £23,500 - £27,500 per annum (based on experience)
- Full time office based in the beautiful fishing village of Porthleven
- Mon-Fri – 9am – 5.30pm

Client Account Manager Responsibilities:
· Generate revenue and achieve personal targets through selling The Ocean Agencies suite of reoccurring marketing services solutions
· Retain revenue by managing the needs of existing customers
· Constantly source and identify new leads – contacting new clients, fact finding and booking meetings
· Manage monthly communication with clients to understand their needs and identify solutions
· Communicate analysed data (provided by Digital Marketing Manager) to identify potential upsell solutions
· Build relationships with clients based on trust and respect to ensure retention
· Keep accurate records through our CRM system
· Ensure you have up to date knowledge of company products and services
· Resolve customer concerns efficiently and prevent additional issues by improving processes
· Identify new industry trends
Client Account Manager Requirements:
· Experience in new business sales and client account management
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of analytical tools used in Digital Marketing such as Google Analytics
· Good with numbers
· Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
· Excellent active listening skills
· Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
· Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends
· Extensive, accurate product knowledge
· Clean UK driver’s license & own car
