What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time DMV Clerk to join our Audi Marin team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

• Prepare and process DMV title documents in a time sensitive manner to achieve or exceed title reporting standards
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
• Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing
• Ability to prioritize
• Prepare purchase and trade-in documentation
• Contact banks to obtain lien releases
• Prepare paperwork for submission to the DMV (in state and out of state)
• Maintain DMV and payoff schedules
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Post bundle reconciliations

The opportunity is for you if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience Title processing required
• CDK/ADP Experience strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Self-motivated and diligent
• Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
• Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Pay range for this role is: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
