Job description
Position Summary:
- Processing vendor invoices in TMT.
- Communicate with vendors when there is an issue with an Invoice.
- Ensure orders do not exceed the allowable terms based on individual customer contract.
- Work with accounting to ensure all invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner.
- Implement a system so all invoices get processed in a timely manner.
- Follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for each customer.
- Track and record receipts for maintenance purchases.
- other task as necessary.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with accounting and inventory tracking software.
- Strong Organizational skills.
- Ability to consistently meet all deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
Pay:
- The pay is competitive, depending on experience ($18.00-$25.00/hour) and will be discussed during an in-person interview.

- Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM.
