The postholder will be the first point of contact for the HSCP. They require to be professional and courteous to all visitors to the Health Centre. There are a variety of tasks some of which have tight timescales to work to including care home testing, hearing aid batteries distribution, room booking systems, liaising with staff on all levels from Facilities Support Officers to Senior Managers as well as Consultants and GP’s. Reporting repairs to our maintenance team and tracking the progress of the repairs. You will also be part of the fire response team for the building and will gain knowledge of dealing with panic alarms. We required someone with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages. Other NHS packages would be advantageous but training will be provided. We are a small team within a large organisation but we are very much in the forefront of everyday tasks and duties.
