The post plays a pivotal role in supporting the Care at Home Service. The duties include processing of 4-weekly overtime claims in respect of operational staff and approximately 220 personal carers; calculation of enhancement payments; preparation of budget management reports for Home Care Managers; liaising with Home Care Managers relating to absence management reports. Post holder will assist in supporting the implementation of CM2000 pilot.
Requirements
The duties of this post requires access to the public sector network and therefore the successful applicant must complete a basic Disclosure Scotland application. A formal offer of employment with East Ayrshire Council will only be made once satisfactory clearance has been received. Any information that is disclosed on a basic disclosure will require to be discussed before a formal offer of employment is made.

The workstyle for this post is ‘Flexible’ - 50-79% of time is office based. Able to work at different/ multiple work locations. Occasionally works at home, or another location 1-2 days per week, or directly home to external appointments.
The admin base for this post is The Johnnie Walker Bond, Kilmarnock.
Annual Salary - £21,294 - £22,313.
