Cleaning Supervisor Ipswich, England
Job description
Your main aim will be to supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, undertaking daily inspections of the site and ensuring staff are working productively and safely.
You will also:
- Work with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns.
- Organise rotas, as well completing wages and other paperwork
- Manage equipment, materials and stock levels
- Assist with training
- Carry out general cleaning duties.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Experience in a cleaning supervisory role
- BICS qualification preferred
- Strong people management skills
- Good attention to detail and high standards of work
- Strong communication skills - essential for client liaison
- A general understanding of Health and Safety legislation
- Good IT literacy
- General education to at least National Level 2, e.g. GCSEs grades A*-C.
