Are you an experienced cleaning or housekeeping team leader able to motivate those around you to provide the best service possible? As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, as you encourage and enable your team to maintain the highest quality cleaning service.
ISS provide a comprehensive housekeeping and associated services support function to KPMG at their London Office in Canary Wharf. As a key member of the Management Team will take direct ownership for managing the housekeeping teams and the delivery of service as you ensure that the site is kept outstanding standard.

The Role
- Organise and supervise all aspects of the daily shift, so all your team areas are looking their best
- Lead the team ensuring all tasks are scheduled and completed on time
- Being a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative leader for those that report to you
- Ensure staff are properly trained and monitored
- Ensure a safe working environments such as ensuing chemical and cleaning solutions are used and stored correctly by your team
- Seek continuous improvement and innovation within your areas of responsibility
About You
- Previous supervisory experience would be ideal but full site training will be provide
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
- A team player who works well with customers and colleagues
- Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner
- Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
- Have good people skills
