The Role - Cleaning Specialist

Pinnacle Group are looking for enthusiastic individuals to carry out work with our various clients. Working within the facilities management sector, this company oversee the day to day running of housing developments across the country.

Duties/Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and treating mould in residential properties within the borough of Lambeth. Full training will be provided. Basic DBS check essential will required. Staff will be required to use a PDA system daily. This will be lone working role with great customer service at our forefront.

  • Cleaning and treating mould using chemical and tools
  • Sprays mold with steam to remove protective oils
  • Usining various technical activities for data molding; preventive and/or corrective maintenance, as well as operating the machining tools and equipment with appropriate safety equipment.
  • Preventive maintenance of molding dices according to procedure and reports the status of the molds
  • Maintains logs of all molds that have undergone preventative maintenance, as well as controlling each of the molds.
  • Providing customer service to all residents
  • Using PDA systems
  • Driving to different residential sites across Lambeth

Skills Required

  • Full driving licence
  • Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills.
  • Experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment – (desirable)
