Location: Birmingham B9
Hours : 17:00pm - 01:00am 37.5 per week ( alternate weekend working required )
Area: National Express, Perry Barr, B42 2SY
A Cleaning Site Manager is required to undertake and oversee the detailed cleaning of client vehicles and premises. You will be responsible for staff monitoring and ensuring that all staff members are cleaning to the required standards and overseeing their duties. Must be computer literate.
What you shall be doing/responsible for
- Ensure the cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly.
- Deal with any customer requests promptly and politely.
- Work to agreed time allocations for each job given.
- Touch point/covid & general office cleaning, including toilets/ washrooms.
- Auditing cleaners performance.
- May entail bus cleaning for some of the shift.
- Damp wiping panels, seating and glazing etc.
- Inputting all staff hours on Timegate.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following experience and skills necessary to meet the requirements of the role:
- Cleaning is a skill – your attention to detail must be second to none!
- We need you to be able to work alone, but also work as a part of a team.
- We like our staff to have an excellent attitude to attendance and timekeeping.
