As a Cleaning Operative, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities. You'll report directly to the Cleaning Supervisor and work closely with a team of like-minded individuals who are committed to delivering the highest standards of cleaning.
In this role, you'll be responsible for completing duties to the BICSc standard and site specifications as required in the cleaning schedules. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our facilities are always sparkling clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- Working in the cleaning team, ensure that all standards of customer satisfaction are met or exceeded
- Ensure safe working practices through Health & Safety standards
- Ensure all areas are kept clean in accordance with cleaning schedules
- Ensure the delivery of cleaning meets agreed standards & site specifications through the completion of cleaning schedules
- Assist Cleaning Team Supervisor as required
- Ensure all reactive work orders are responded to quickly and efficiently
- Wear and maintain ISS work wear provided
- Ensure regular attendance and punctuality, following company procedures for holidays and sickness
- Meet company expectations in relation to conduct and performance
- Carry out any additional cleaning and associated tasks above your usual area as required
- Ensure cleaning equipment is cleaned, stored and kept in working order
- Liaise with Customers and Clients as required
