JOB TITLE: Cleaning Operative

LOCATION: The Astley, Manchester

CONTRACT: Permanent

HOURS: 30h per week, Mon Tue Thu Fri Sat

PAY RATE: £10.82 per hour

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE:

ABM is looking for hardworking and proactive cleaner to join our team in a prestigious Apartment building in Manchester City Centre.

Your duties will involve cleaning of all communal corridors, lifts and stairwells, residents communal terraces, residents communal lounge and includes hoovering, mopping, desk wiping, kitchen, and toilet cleaning. You will empty waste and top up consumables. You must have good attention to detail and high standards of cleaning. You will be responsible for disinfecting touch points as per planner.
