Cleaning Operative - Ashbrooke (SR2)
Maxim FM are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with previous cleaning experience to join our team in Ashbrooke, Sunderland (SR2).
Our company specialises in a wide range of cleaning services and has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team. Your daily tasks would include general cleaning of receptions, classrooms, corridors etc. Tasks would include but are not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping etc. Past cleaning experience is essential however, full training is required and will be given.
This position is well suited to any individual that is looking to advance their career in the industry and wanting to gain a hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.
This is a term time contract however, you may be asked to complete a deep clean over the school holidays.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience essential.
- Must be comfortable working alone or as a team.
- Fit to undertake cleaning duties.
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
- You must be able to pass an enhance DBS to be considered for this role.
Working times are as follows:
- Three 10-hour vacancy.
- Monday to Friday 6:30am - 8:30am.
The hourly wage of this position is £10.90.
