Due to forthcoming expansion, we are seeking an additional Operations Supervisor to join our team.
**25 hours per week+ option for overtime when available**
**Hours will generally be 08:00-13:00 Monday-Friday, however flexibility is required as some earlier (starting at 07:30) or later shifts (finishing at 20:00) will occasionally be required dependent on business needs**
**Job location - Salford Quays, Media City, Manchester City Centre areas, with occasional travel to Liverpool with travel time and train tickets paid for by company**

As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that we continue to deliver a 5 star rated cleaning service through site visits, team training, standards audits and more. Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Olico Team Members, focusing on their performance in terms of building cleanliness, behaviour and appearance whilst on duty.
- Ensuring that Safety is the number one priority by completing regular site audits and reporting all incidents, accidents and near misses.
- Displaying role model behaviours, ensuring delivery of a friendly Service to visitors, residents and Customers.
- Ensuring we are delivering high Standards by visiting all of the buildings we look after and ensuring they are clean and tidy as per the Customer Specification.
- Making preparations to cover staff absence and holidays to ensure we are delivering on our promise of Reliability, as well as being able to deliver the cleaning schedule in the event of unplanned absences, and so cleaning experience is required.
- Ensuring that all health and safety procedures are followed to ensure we are operating in a safe manner.
- Ordering of cleaning materials to ensure sufficient stocks of supplies at every building.
- Completing refresher training for Team Members and assisting with the recruitment / induction of new Team Members.
- Fulfilling our response guarantee by answering emails and calls from Customers in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cleaning environment.
- An in-depth awareness of Company health and safety procedures.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Ability to motivate and engage Team Members and implement performance improvement measures where necessary.
- Organisational skills to ensure all buildings are visited regularly and that communications (calls and emails) are responded to promptly.
- Able to communicate at all levels with colleagues, customers, residents and visitors.
- A flexible, motivated approach to work to cope with changing needs and demands.
