Location: Castleford WF10 5HX
Various shifts between 6am and 8pm

We are looking for experienced Contract Manager, to join us onsite with our prestigious client.

As the Contract Manager onsite, you’ll ensure the Smooth day-to-day management of all site services including leaning / landscaping / waste management / Reception duties at a large commercial and distribution site. You’ll focus on developing and maintaining a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives whilst promoting the Company and development of services.

You’ll ensure the cleaning specification for the contract is fully implemented and adhered to, providing direction, guidance, training to all onsite employees to ensure a high standard is delivered. Alongside using on the auditing system to provide trend analysis on areas for improvement and set improvement plans using this data. Focus on customer service and procurement, full accountability of contract P&L’s, managing quality and ensuring teams deal with all day-to-day operational issues to the client’s satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor and manage targets set for the Contract Management team.
  • Ensure training and induction is conducted for all staff.
  • Ensure site supervision/ management are utilising rollcall system to complete employee wages on time.
  • Ensure site team are utilising rollcall system for the recording, booking and monitoring of all holidays, sickness and absenteeism.
  • Motivate and engage staff where necessary / possible.
  • Attend to disciplinary and grievance issues as per the company procedures.
  • Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure all accidents / incidents are reported as per company and client policy and procedure.
  • Provide regular feedback to client and line manager
  • Ensure sites have adequate stock levels. Ensure monthly material orders are correct and completed on time.
  • Conduct on site periodic stock audits.
  • Ensure stock orders are within budgets.
  • Ensure wages are within weekly budgets.
  • Ensure sites are adequately staffed within budget, to meet required standards.
  • Ensure contingency plans are in place to ensure staffing levels are accurate and are within budget.
  • Handle all administration commensurate with role e.g. starter forms, disciplinary hearings, grievances, salary queries, client reports, quality reports, etc.
  • Ensure My Bidvest Noonan audit system is being used as required by site supervision/ management to record all daily, weekly and monthly Audits. Monitor deep cleans and Periodic cleans completed as per contract specification and resolve any shortfalls in either standard or quantity.

Required Experience

· A proven background within a similar background.

· Proven management experience

· Familiarity with facilities services would be beneficial
