Job description
Accept Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Factory Cleaner to join leading manufacturer in Nuneaton. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the factory, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning machinery.
- Collect and dispose of all waste and recycling materials in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Identify and report any health and safety hazards to management.
- Operate cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers and pressure washers.
- Follow all company policies and procedures relating to cleaning and hygiene standards.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a cleaning role is preferred, but not essential.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and supplies.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Shifts and pay rates:
- Saturday-Thursday
- 22:00pm-06:00am
- £12.55
