Accept Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Factory Cleaner to join leading manufacturer in Nuneaton. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the factory, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning machinery.
• Collect and dispose of all waste and recycling materials in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Identify and report any health and safety hazards to management.
• Operate cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers and pressure washers.
• Follow all company policies and procedures relating to cleaning and hygiene standards.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a cleaning role is preferred, but not essential.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and supplies.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Shifts and pay rates:

• Saturday-Thursday
• 22:00pm-06:00am
• £12.55
