We have a fantastic opportunity for X2 Cleaner/Housekeepers to join our Glasgow Schools account at Whitehill Secondary School, 280 Onslow Drive, Glasgow, G31 2QF. This role is on-site based.
The salary is £10.69 per hour
Amey delivers facilities and estate management services to the Glasgow Schools Private Finance Initiative across an estate of 30 schools (Europe’s largest educational Private Finance Initiative).

We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools
The standard hours of work are:
Role 1: 30 Hour Cleaner FIXED TERM 6 MONTHS (Shift pattern 06.00am-09.00am and 15.30pm -18.30pm)
Role2: 15 hours Cleaner PERMANENT (Shift pattern 15.30pm -18.30pm)

You will be responsible for:
- Provide a cleaning service that delivers to our contractual requirements
- Control stock levels and order consumables
- Operate machinery safely and in line with the guidelines and training provided
- Ensure a high-quality service is provided to the building users at all times ensuring customer satisfaction
- Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
- This role will also support both local and business zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.
