We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaner/Domestic to join our team at Dovecote Manor Care Home in Bletchley, you will be part of a supportive and welcoming team providing physical, emotional, and social support to our residents. You will make a difference every day by engaging in meaningful activities with residents as well as promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect always.
Excelcare is a family-owned care home group established for over 34 years. We provide support to older people with a range of needs including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. What to expect:
£10.90 per hour - Full time and part time vacancies available.
Working from Monday – Friday. You will also be required to work alternate weekends. Shifts to be discussed at interview.

Main Accountabilities:
- Ensure the clean and hygienic maintenance of the Home to a high standard
- Clean all allocated bedrooms, including furniture, fittings, fabric, carpets, and equipment (sanitary and other)
- Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety rules (COSHH)
- Follow guidelines for the control of germs and infestations and universal waste control and infection control precautions
