Location : Stanmore Place
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0700 - 1500
Salary : £19,000 - £20,000
Contract – Permanent

Your working environment?
This role will be based at a modern development located in the London Borough of Harrow. With easy access to the Jubilee line, the site consists of 524 residential homes and benefits from 24 hour concierge, residents gym and car park.

- You have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
- your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
