Reports to: Office Manager
Depot: LWC Andover

Overview
You will be responsible for undertaking a wide variety of cleaning activities to ensure that one of our key facilities is spotless and a great place to conduct business. We have various areas for hosting customers, such as our Wine Room and Café Bar, which will need to be kept clean to a high standard.

Main Duties

• Clean, mop, dust and polish the premises.
• Empty bins and remove waste from the premises.
• Cleaning staff toilets and kitchen areas.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and sweep and mop hard floors.
• Notify Management of any deficiencies or repairs recognised and required.
• Implement an excellent attention to detail in your work.
• Carry out deep cleaning and details cleaning tasks.
• Notify Management to ensure stock and supplies are maintained.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good standards of appearance.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Good communication and relationship building skills.
• Enthusiasm to maintain high standards.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Positive and approachable manner.
• Team player mentality who is always happy to help.

£11,000 Basic Salary + £1,000 Bonus

Work hours are flexible and open for discussion
