We’re looking for Cleaner to join our team at Taverham School which forms part of our Norwich Schools contract. Within this role, you can enjoy family friendly policies, access to both Cycle to Work and Green Car schemes and even more.
Location: Taverham School - Norwich
Contract: Permanent, Part time – Monday to Friday 4.30pm to 6.30pm (10 hours per week)
Responsibilities
As a Cleaner, you’ll be working within the Facilities Management, supporting them in maintaining high personal hygiene levels at Taverham School.
Your day to day will include:
Cleaning duties within the commercial facilities environment, making sure cleanliness and tidiness is always maintained
You will be cleaning surfaces, floor areas, wastage disposal and bathrooms, working in line with COSHH regulations
You will ensure any pest issues are reported to senior staff members immediately.

You have previous cleaning experience, ideally within a school, office, or commercial building
Understand health and safety at work legislation
You can prioritise your workload to cover the high-risk areas of cleaning first and coordinate later tasks accordingly
