Job description

We are looking for a Communal Area Cleaner for an over 50s multi occupancy complex in Withington.

Duties:

  • hovering
  • cleaning kitchen
  • cleaning visitor toilet
  • cleaning the lounge area
  • dusting
  • communicating with residents and development manager

Monday and Thursdays : 9:30 am - 12.30 (start time can be negotiated)

Experience not required, full training will be provided.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4 per week

Salary: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Withington, M20 4NE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • DBS check (preferred)

Work Location: In person
