Job description
We are looking for a Communal Area Cleaner for an over 50s multi occupancy complex in Withington.
Duties:
- hovering
- cleaning kitchen
- cleaning visitor toilet
- cleaning the lounge area
- dusting
- communicating with residents and development manager
Monday and Thursdays : 9:30 am - 12.30 (start time can be negotiated)
Experience not required, full training will be provided.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
Schedule:
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Withington, M20 4NE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- DBS check (preferred)
