Job description
Looking for self employed Cleaner who can drive a van.
Only local candidates would be shortlisted (within approximately 15 miles radius of East Grinstead.
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time considered, Permanent
Working week is Monday to Friday starting at 08.00 and typically finishing at 17:30 (pending traffic. Working day starts and finishes in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
IBT Services (Southern) Ltd is an established family run Garden Maintenance, Property Maintenance and Cleaning business with a range of clients across the South of England.
Candidate Profile
We will need you to have the following skills:
- Full clean licence is a must
- Experienced Van Driver
- Relevant work experience.
- Cleaning Experience
- Good Team Member
- Good time management skills
- Must be able to work on own initiative
- Must be able to speak minimum Basic English
If you are a hard worker, like working as part of a team and have a keen eye for detail then this is the role for you. Although, this is mainly a cleaning position, if you have any additional skills, we do have a lot of ad hoc maintenance requests which we can utilise your knowledge.

Salary: £105.00-£120.00 per day
