Job Title: FM Cleaner
Salary: £21,840
Location: Acton Gate, Stafford
Hours: 40 hours per week

Can you help us to put the PLUS in Property Plus? We currently have a great opportunity for a Facilities Management Cleaner to join our in-house Construction company, Property Plus to carry out routine maintenance work and assist in the upkeep of our buildings and customer properties on a permanent contract. Recently named Contractor of the Year at the UK Housing Awards, Property Plus provides maintenance and improvements services to our 19,000 homes throughout Staffordshire and Shropshire. - A Full UK driving licence
- Experience of carrying out basic cleaning tasks (desirable)
- Knowledge of basic health & safety requirements (desirable)
- The ability to carry out the work under minimal supervision
- The ability to perform the physical tasks required by the post, including lifting, carrying and pushing waste bins, cleaning trolleys and vacuum cleaners. Being able to move chairs, tables and other office furniture in order to undertake cleaning duties
- Commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults
- The ability to create positive working relationships with colleagues and provide excellent customer service to our customers
