Job description

We are looking for honest, reliable, and hard-working cleaner.

In addition to general housekeeping duties, we rely on our cleaner to be our eyes and ears in each unit, anticipating and reporting potential issues.

The role will be to clean the communal areas and provided internal flat cleans on request across 11 blocks. This involves observing health and safety protocols and maintaining professional conduct and manner at all times.

Instructions for the day will be distributed on a daily basis via the building manager who will be your immediate line manager.

The role includes but not limited to:

· To clean all communal areas in 11 blocks as instructed by line manager

· Sparkle clean vacant flats once a week – including flushing WC’s and running taps

· End of tenancy cleans

· Pre move in cleans

· Air Bnb in and out cleans

· Taking items as instructed to the laundrette as required

· To change bedding and present flats for viewings

· Reporting any defects to your line manager

· Working closely with short lets on all their needs prior to tenancy occupations

· Act with Integrity and adhere to company and professional guidelines

· Uniform must be worn at all times during working hours

· Any other tasks as required with the role

The role is based at: Hamlet Gardens

Shift: 8h on a rota basis

Weekends one on one off

Uniform to be provided

Mobile phone will be provided
