Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Undertake cleaning duties at specified site to include vacuuming, dusting, polishing, mopping floors, polishing/buffing floors, wiping skirting boards/doors, emptying bins, cleaning all surfaces/appliances/cupboards, toilets and windows as required.
- Undertake deep cleans as required.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment supplies are safe to use, and are used appropriately
- Request appropriate materials for specific tasks via the Estates Admin
- Keep a check on cleaning materials and re-order via the Estates Admin
- Report any defects seen which are likely to affect health & safety or security of the building to the Estates Team
