Job description

Self employed cleaner or cleaning company required for a busy Airbnb in SE16.

Full training provided. All bed linen, cleaning products, hoover, mop etc. provided on site.

Basic admin required to record daily fire alarm test and used linen.

We are a very busy Airbnb business with guests staying usually only 1 or 2 nights at a time. It is a modern townhouse over 4 floors.

Duties to include;

• Stripping and changing 8 beds and 8 sets of towels and bath mats.
• Dusting skirting boards and furniture, hoovering and mopping entire house and internal stairs.
• Cleaning 2 bathrooms and a separate WC
• General tidying and clearing up following guest departure.
• Replenishment of refreshments, toilet rolls and toiletries.
• Light clean of kitchen as required
• Disposal of rubbish to communal bins
• Loading laundry into returns bag and placing in storage cupboard.

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: £14.00-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
