The Governors at St Mary’s Catholic Primary are looking to appoint an exceptional Early Years Foundation Stage class teacher, with a proven track record and high expectations for all children, who is committed to rapidly driving up standards and increasing rates of progress whilst developing and celebrating the uniqueness of every child in our EYFS class.
Can you… • Model inspirational and outstanding practice for our Early Years team? • Excite our team by developing and extending our outdoor learning provision come rain or shine? • Show commitment to working with families to increase understanding and encourage involvement in their children’s development? • Share your practice with our senior leadership team and lead other experienced and dedicated Early Years practitioners? • Support and enhance the learning experiences for our children through leading and continuously developing our first class curriculum? • Champion our children to be the very best that they can be by capitalising on their desire to find out about the world around them?
The successful candidate will be an exceptional class teacher with drive, energy, dedication and most importantly, passionate about the development of children’s learning. We require strong team players who are fully committed to excellence who will make a significant contribution to the school.
The successful candidate will be either a practising Catholic or sympathetic to the Catholic ethos of the school. We are keen to hear about your strengths and would welcome applications from teachers with experience and sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and some experience of Key Stage 1.
