Due to further continued growth, we are currently seeking to recruit an additional qualified HGV Class 1 driver to join our great team working from our depot in Ferrybridge, West Yorkshire .
The successful applicant will report directly to the Transport Manager & the Scaffold Operations Manager, working as part of the busy team delivering ,unloading and collecting system scaffolding and building materials to and from building sites throughout Yorkshire .
With the aid of truck mounted forklift (training given if required) you will ensure safe working at all times with a right first time every time by everyone attitude to produce a cost effective, quality service whilst adhering to the Companys policies and procedures. You will carry out the necessary deliveries in line with Company requirements, follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) .
The ideal candidate will maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that promotes cooperation with clients and colleagues and perform any other duties as required. The ability to work as part of a team within a target driven environment is essential.
This is a permanent, full time role working to the hours of the working time directive, over a 26 week reference period.
