Job description
DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a HGV Class 1 Dray Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Work between the hours of 6am-3pm on an annualized hours contract
- Drive various routes to customers in the region
- Deliver kegs, casks and crates to pubs and restaurants
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- You will Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Willingness to complete a very physical role on a daily basis
