Are you a Class 1 Day Driver looking for the security of guaranteed full-time hours and a permanent contract? Do you like the idea of working for one of the most forward-thinking and fast-growing logistics companies out there?

Here at GXO Swindon, we are recruiting a Class 1 Day Driver to join our client, City Plumbing. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, with start times between 16:00 – 18:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• 
  Trunking from our Swindon site to Warrington site

• Ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly

• Carrying out start/end vehicle checks as per procedure

• No manual handling - opening and closing of curtain side only

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• 
  Understanding of health and safety issues relating to the transport environment

• Class 1 license is essential

• No more than six penalty points (No TT, IN, DD, DR, or DG endorsements)

• An up-to-date CPC and digital tachograph
