Job description
The team is responsible for handling liability claims on behalf of various clients. Your role will be to provide administrative support to the wider claims handling team and to ensure that a quality service is provided to the clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a general inbox.
- Uploading incoming correspondence to the digital claims handling system.
- Recording all new claims on the digital claims handling system.
- Updating the digital claims handling system and carry out periodic data cleanses.
- Drafting standard letters and e-mails.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal timescales and client SLAs.
- Building relationships with external clients and stakeholders.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Salary: £19,000.00-£19,765.00 per year

- Claims Processing: 1 year (preferred)
