Job description
Package: An annual salary of £21,000, 25 holiday days plus your birthday off, health care cash plan, pension, wellbeing support and pet insurance discount.
Hours: Full time hours of 37.5 per week, working Monday - Friday between the hours of 9 am – 5 pm.
Start Date: Our next intake date is 30th October when you’ll commence 4 weeks of induction and training.
What we look for in you as a Claims Phone Agent
- Ability to help our customers in a professional manner.
- Previous experience of claims handling or working within the veterinary sector would be beneficial.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and with repetitive tasks
- Ideally, you’ll have experience responding to customer queries and complaints.
- Able to easily work from home with a quiet space and good internet connection.
What you`ll get up to as a Claims Phone Agent
To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll be:
- Responding to up to 60 calls a day regarding complex and challenging claims queries.
- Helping customers via a range of channels including Live Chat and email
- Following clear processes and procedures to support customers in a calm and patient manner.
- Providing high quality results against our company standards and sector regulations
Interview Format
