Claims Handler (Part-time, Full-time or Job-share)
Location: Fareham, Birmingham or London (Hybrid)
Salary: £23,000 - £31,000k dependant on Claims Handler experience
Closing date: 8th March 2023

What will you be doing?
As Claims Handler, you will:
- Promptly handle and positively resolve all enquiries from both customer and external contacts to ensure delivery of a focused claims service
- Review, resolve and proactively finalise claims within authority limits ensuring settlement at an optimum level with consideration to business implications
- Maximise productivity and profitability within the team
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
Who are we looking for?
We aren’t fussed if you’ve worked as a Claims Handler before, what you do need is the ability to deliver exceptional customer service to customers through strong communication, relationship management and effective negotiation skills.
To be successful you need to have an inquisitive nature that will enable you to ask appropriate questions and reach accurate decisions. You will be educated to GCSE Level standard (or equivalent) and have strong IT skills.
